Bonded leather is made of 50% leather fiber per European Committee Standard EN15987:2011. Per the standard, a product can only be labelled “bonded leather” when its leather fiber hit at least 50%. Interestingly, the US Federal Trade Commission had regulated this in a different way. You might read our post “What is Bonded Leather?” that will bring you into more details. In a nutshell, two simple facts to know before you start purchasing bonded leather:

#1 Eco Solvent-free Coating for Bonded Leather Manufacture

The manufacturing is located in the industrial zone at Yuhang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Three keywords to describe our factory:

2. Automatic and productive

We started up in 2005 by producing PU leather for sofa and furniture. Gradually, we expend to manufacture a variety of synthetic leather categories, and expand to supply products for different industries.

#2 Bonded leather web manufacture

We utilize shredded leather scraps to produce bonded leather web first. Then, we reply on our coating production line to add eco coating.
