1. Cool Like Batman Suit

When you hold a piece in your hand, you’ll understand why the word ‘Batman’ appears in so many descriptions of the super-composite.

2. 5 Year UV Resistant

Waterproof and UV resistant. This product has been designed to withstand at least 5 years of UV exposure. With proper care, you can significantly extend the product’s life.

3. High-tech Look

The coating has a soft ‘carbon-fiber-looking’ print embossed on it that has the feel of leather. This leather has a PU coating. It is more breathable than standard leather and has better abrasion resistance. Industries have favored its ‘High Tech’ appearance. We predicted that it would become increasingly popular across all industries.

—- WHY USE CARBON FIBER LEATHER —-

1. Carbon Fiber Origin

Carbon fiber’s origins are undoubtedly part of its current allure. Real carbon fiber was developed for (and found an early home in) aerospace, automotive, and sports equipment applications.

2. Fashion Industries

Today, the results are clear: On any given day, you can find the material woven through the heart of nearly every high-end, aspirational, imaginable field if you scroll through your RSS feed. There are entire websites dedicated to carbon fiber equipment (the new black!).

As with other popular luxury materials such as wood and leather, veneers can now be applied to replicate the look and feel of carbon but are not the same composite. Some businesses also charge customers a premium for their products.

3. Better Alternative

For almost all of us, real carbon fiber is not only impractical, but also not necessary. To get the cool image and feeling of high-tech carbon fiber, this material is an ideal replacement. Why? Economic, and also same visual image as real.

1. PU, CPU, TPO, and Vinyl Versions

We recently added a Carbon Fiber embossed TPO, CPU to the material options. In contrast to leather, this material has a weave pattern embossed into the surface. Choose PU or Vinyl versions for low-budget projects. Choose a CPU version that can last 10 years or more for the best performance. There is also a TPO version available.

2. Rolls

Manufacturers typically supply such materials in linear meters (we too). The fabrics will be supplied on a roll in a single continuous length (20-30 meters usually). Please contact us if you have any special requirements regarding the MOQ.

3. Commitment

We are dedicated to ensuring that every roll of fabric we supply is of the highest quality and manufactured to the highest standards, so you can expect the same properties and handling characteristics every time you order.

—- APPLICATION —-

Carbon Fiber Leather is a new and emerging fabric that is being used by many high-end brands. Real carbon fiber can now be used in fashion and upholstery in the same way that leather can. When used for clothing, automotive interiors, luggage, and wallets, or any other application where leather would normally be used, this material is sewable and will provide a very unique, High-Tech look.

Bags and accessories for men and women made of carbon and leather (belt, wallets, key rings, document holders, computer case and mobile phone cases, card cases and bags). Steering wheel, for example, is used in the automobile industry.

Car enthusiasts like to pair the embossed material in the side panels with Carbon Fiber leather seating. This is also a good option for incorporating carbon fiber into your products.
